These terms cover your use of thelastrockstaronline.com (the "site") and the tester program for the game The Last Rockstar, both run by Wesley Priest ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: wespriest1989@gmail.com.
The music, art and game
All music, artwork, characters, story, video and other content on the site and in the game are © Wesley Priest unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to listen to the soundtrack on the site and to share links to it. Please don't download it for redistribution, re-upload it, sell it, or use it in other projects without written permission.
The tester program
- You must be 18 or older to apply.
- Applying doesn't guarantee a spot. Testers are chosen at my discretion, and I may end the program or remove a tester at any time.
- Test builds are pre-release software. They may crash, lose progress or behave unexpectedly. You use them at your own risk.
- Please don't share test builds or files outside the official Google Play test. Sharing screenshots and impressions is fine unless I ask otherwise.
- Feedback you send (bug reports, ideas, suggestions) may be used to improve the game, without any obligation or payment to you.
- Testing is voluntary and unpaid.
Using the site
Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site or its servers, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam. Don't submit information that isn't yours.
Forums and high scores
These are coming later and will be 18+. When they launch, these terms will be updated with community rules (things like respectful behavior, no cheating, and how moderation works) before they open.
No warranty
The site and test builds are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from using the site or test builds.
Trademarks
Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. The Last Rockstar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Changes
I may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its "last updated" date.
